Each applicant must submit a resume and application and share with us why you have the right stuff. followed up with a background check and an online interview.
Following each applicant's submission and background check is successfully processed, they are automatically enrolled as a candidate within the V Corps,
which serves as our recruiting gateway.
Each candidate must successfully complete a weekend consisting of 12 live online sessions known as our Servant Leadership Boot Camp.
Following successful completion of our
Servant Leader Boot Camp,
candidates will discuss with our recruiters which track they desire to choose.
Candidates who choose to move forward with Wings CRS will undergo extensive testing and interviews.
Upon successful completion of the recruiting process, candidates will receive either an offer to serve on call with V Corps or serve full time with the Rapid Response teams
